Slow flow | An all levels flow designed to bring awareness to the breath, strengthen the body and deepen the connection to your baby. Expect to move with the breath in slow, deliberate movements.
Unwind | This meditative class incorporates slow, deliberate movement with breath and meditation. This is a great class for reducing anxiety, connecting to your growing body and baby and grounding yourself. More of a Yin style class but poses aren't held for quite as long. Caters to all.
Belly Flow | For the more advanced pregnant yogini. This flow class caters to the active expectant woman looking to maintain and increase strength and stamina in preparation for birth. Movement with breath and sequences designed to energize mom by stimulating the mind and body.
Walk & Talk | Sometimes all we need is someone to talk to. Walk & Talk sessions are a unique offering where expectant mothers can pour their hearts out about all things pregnancy without worrying about burdening the listener. As a doula and woman who has been pregnant, I love to talk pregnancy! Walking is one the most beneficial activities you can do while pregnant and as a woman, moving energy through communication is healing.
Prenatal yoga sessions and walk & talk outings are private and individual. Yoga classes are held in your home and are 75-90 minutes in length. An investment of $90/session plus $10 for any expectant friends to join in.
